Animated alerts

I am working with a developer to change my notifications. We are looking at a small animation on follows and donations.

A question he is asking is:

1. Does Deepbot support .gif's for custom notifications?
2. Can CSS be supplied to auto play a .webm or .flv file?

These types of things can be done on an outside source, but I would like to keep everything within Deepbot if possible.

1. Yes, you just put the image as the background image.
2. No, you would need javascript from what I hear. But you can try to google for an answer.
