Title: Can't customize bankheist entry messages?

Today my customized entry messages didn't show up so I looked at the bot and the entry messages were faded out and couldn't be changed, I tried resetting but nothing happened. The default messages popped up when someone tried heisting, even before the reset. Are you VIP? Do you have the gold star at the top of the program?

If not, then you have to donate $5 a month for it. With the $5 you get the VIP features, which customizing the bankheist is one of them.
