Title: Updated Deepbot today.

So, i did the new update, and upon trying to log in to twitch, the very top. Bot Switch Name and Stream name, with auth password and everything already set up, I get the error message:

Something went wrong while connecting to twitch. please try again later.

And suggestions?

Tries port 80. Works now. Maybe 6667 is having issues.

Twitch is slowly removing support for IRC port 6667.  Deepbot will likely remove support for it as well.  Some of the new chat servers only listen on 80 and 443, which is likely why you had difficulties connecting.

So we should just switch to 80 or 443 and it will work fine?

Yes - If you face connection issues, simply switch ports to 80 or 443.
