i have been waiting so long to use deepbot , i messaged you experts online on twitch and havn't gotten a response back

when i try entering an account for my bot it says this bot is not configured to run on this channel

i enter my bot details and my account details and nothing

Hey mate - sorry about the delay. Most messages on Twitch go to the other box, and I dont get notifications there.
Please use the forums for all DeepBot issues.

For the login issue, you used the account "beckyboobot" in your application. Therefore that is the account permissioned to your licence.
Would you like for this to be changed to beckybot?

Please restart the bot to download new permissions.
