Title: follower and donation notifications

Hello i am new to streaming and deepbot. I have a few questions and was wondering if anyone can help me out???
1)How can i get it so that when someone follows me i see who it was and have it "pop up" on my stream?
2)Why is my donation notification area greyed out (thought i was a vip streamer?)
2A)How can i get it so that when someone donates i can show it on my stream (like good idea gaming has it setup on his stream) so i can read the donation amount and a donation note?

If anyone knows how to do this or knows where to send me to find out i would really appericiate it.
