Title: Bot is not responding to the command

The bot is not responding to the triggered command and the bot is not banned.

Is there any fix?

Did you verify the email for the bot account? Most likely the stream is set to only allow chat from verified accounts.
Also please ensure the bot is modded if not twitch spam protection can prevent the bot from sending messages.

Got it, that's sort of a silly of me. I have asked for mod status and it is working fine now. Thanks.
