I have the problem just some viewers told me. They have like 0 Hours and 0 coins it happened to like 5~ viewers.
And those had like 80hours +1300coins. If some1 does not watch the stream for a certain time does it reset?
I had no crashes nothing.
The 2nd thing is the user database shows 4 out of my Top 5 viewers as Not Following but they are still following and showed me a screenshot.
not sure what it is. Can i add hours to somebody? any logs i could post?
Thank you very much

With Regards To The Reset
By the sounds of it the database has corrupted itself. This is actually a common thing that happens (Probably due to the default install location) when Windows decides it wants to take write privileges away. A quick way to check to see if this is the case is to look at the file size of the "users" file then compare it the same file in the backups folder. Typically you want to go with the file that is the biggest.
Backups exist in the following folders:
30min interval backups: backups/0/
6hr interval backups: backups/1/
24hr interval backups: backups/2/
To restore a backup:
Close DeepBot
Find the users.bin file with the appropriate timestamp that you want to restore from the backups\ folder and copy it
Paste the file in the main folder (where the original users.bin was)
Rename the backup file to users.bin (removing the timestamp)
Start DeepBot
With Regards To The "Not Following" issue
Can you see if a refresh of the user database can help? To do this navigate to the User Database tab in Deepbot, right click any user and press "Refresh All Followers"

Thank you very much. I refreshed the Followers it did not work even my Bot itsself is not following. i will try if a Re-Follow helps.
My backupfile is 200kb smaller than the actual users file. I just set the Deepbot to runs as Admin may this will help.
The Bot crashed twice as i remember 2 days ago when i startet it without any internet connection. Could that be may the cause?

Maybe, maybe not. If Deepbot is run as an admin the problem is less likely to occur as it has permissions to write to files where it is installed by default then. if the bot crashes when it is writing data to the file this can also cause the file to throw a fit. Keep an eye on it though and report any other issues you may have.
