Title: Song Requests - Update Flash? Confused...

In my song requests panel, it can't play any Youtube Videos as it says I need to install Flash, although I already have it installed and I can watch Youtube videos on both Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Not sure how to fix it.

Tried updating to latest version to see if it'd fix it, but it goes through the update then freezes at "Wrapping Up..."

Try to update both 32- and 64-bit flash players for other browsers.

I don't actually get an error message. It stays there for hours.

Try installing a fresh copy using the installer.
