Title: Follower/Sub/Donor Pop up Notification.

I know it has sound notification and I love it <3 but I wanted to get a picture or gif pop up with the name of the users name so I can give shout out's. I know NightDev has something similar with CBR integration but could DeepBot have something along those lines? thanks :D

All those features are integrated, but are a VIP only feature.
