Title: Deepbot wont connect & Following not working

Something went wrong while connecting to twitch. Please try again later.
It was working fine but suddenly stopped working a few days ago.

I also noticed as well that it is not recording when users are following, I have it set to give 10 points to people that follow however when I check in the database it is now showing them as following, however if I check their twitch profile I can see that they are indeed following.
This even messed up a giveaway where I only give them to followers and the bot said a winner was not following so I re-rolled however he actually was following!

For the connection issues, Please try switching the port to 80 or 433. Twitch has added new chat servers where port 6667 is not opened.
