Title: Ability to have commericial plays inbetween hosting

Since Twitch does give Ad revenue for commericals to the hosting party partners...I was wondering if it could be setup so that when using the auto-host system...when the system is switching to another host (either the host is oflfine or the auto-switch timer hits) it stops the hosts...run a commercial setup of our choosing and THEN loads up the new host.

That would go along way in allowing us to support our fellow streamers and still obtain some ad revenue when we're done hosting someone and before moving to another.

Currently playing advertisments when the stream is offline and the streamer is AFK is against the Twitch TOS. As such I will not be adding this feature.
