Issue started with deepbot being able to run, but crashing once I clicked the update button. Now I can't even open Deepbot without it crashing.

This is quite a common problem if you have Deepbot installed on the root of the drive where Windows is installed. Windows has basically taken exclusive control of the "Ionic.Zip.dll" file preventing the file from being read by user accounts. If you still have the Deepbot installer, I would recommend doing the following;
- Make a backup of the following files; "users.bin", "usersconfig.bin" and "chanmsgconfig.bin"
- Delete the Deepbot folder
- Run the installer and make sure you choose an install location other then C:/. I recommend you choose to install it in Documents to prevent these kind of problems from happening but you can choose another install location if you wish. Deepbot was designed to be portable so you can pretty much choose anywhere you want.
- Paste the backups you made earlier into the newly created folder
Of course there is a way to gain control back from windows. If you don't wish to install again or don't currently have the install folder, do the following;
- Navigate to the folder where you installed Deepbot. In your case that's "C:\DeepBot - Twitch Streamer Assistant\"
- Locate the "Ionic.Zip.dll" file, right click and hit properties
- Click on the "security" tab then click on "edit"
From here make sure that the following settings are set for the file;
Authenticated Users: Modify, Read & Execute, Read, Write
System: Full Control, Modify, Read & Execute, Read, Write
Administrators: Full Control, Modify, Read & Execute, Read, Write
Users: Read & Execute, Read
I would recommend whenever you run Deepbot you make it run as an administrator. You can always make this the case by right clicking the exe file, properties, compatibility tab and ticking "Run this program as an administrator"
