Title: VIP/Bonus Points for viewers who have been in stream x hours since start of stre

So as an incentive to watching the stream for extended periods this would automatically apply a VIP/Bonus points status for a viewer who has been in stream for xx time frame set by the broadcaster.

Example:  Viewer has been watching for 1 hour so now they receive 1.5x tokens.

Think this will help with viewer retention.
Probably wouldn't need different ranks of it I would think
