Title: Event Messages > Part Message still visible in chat overlay

Hey,

I read in the last changelog that this issue is fixed, thats why I enabled part message again but its still shown in OBS Chat overlay regardless "Client Only" is checked.

I believe I have found the bug. Will be fixed in the next release.
