Title: Accessing cloud backup

I seen that VIPs were able to use backups from the cloud, how would I access this?

I don't believe the cloud backup were ever implemented into the Deepbot client properly although there used to be a tab for it (Which is now Streamer Chat). From what I understand database backups are being made daily to the server so it would be a case of asking Experts to retrieve the file for you. He is currently away on business though so I would (and always) recommend making backups yourself on external media. Deepbot does make backups locally though if that is any use to you.
