Title: bot can no longer talkin chat

so i noticed that now when someone enters my chat room, my bot (hurnbot) says hello to the new user. while i can see this when in the deepbot chat, when im in my stream chat i can not... how do i fix? the outh is uptodate and everything i just checked. now i just checked and !rigged works, but the welcoming message the bot is suppose to display does not..

When you are in the editing screen of the welcome messages, there is a check box that says client only.  This will make it so the bot only welcomes people in the client.  Un-Check this so that it says it in the actual twitch chat.
