Hello,
since yesterday the Bot is crashing on start after few seconds.
I thought "Well nevermind, gonna reinstall Win7 today anyway-should fix that problem".
Well, i've installed Win7 and the Bot is still crashing.
Logs/errorlog.txt is empty - i've reinstalled the Bot 3times.

There was an issue with the recent update (0.5.3) impacting new users. This has now been fixed.
Can you please download a fresh installer (0.5.3.1) and try again.
-
Hello,
i've downloaded the Deepbot.exe from the e-mail.
And i have still the same issue.
Or is there any new download link?
-
its the same link. Simply download the installer and install DeepBot again.
If not, please show the new error log (version number should be 0.5.3.1 if you have successfully installed the newer version)
-

This seems to be a tricky issue.
The error logs listed are from the previous version, so it appears this crash is not producing a log and is happening at a random interval after successfully connecting to the DeepBot servers.
With this information alone, it is difficult to pinpoint the issue. If you are able to help identify a way to be able to reproduce the crash, then we can work on solving it.
I understand this can be frustrating, so I do apologies. However, such silent crashes that happen at the windows level and not the program level are fairly hard to resolve.
I suspect it may have something to do with your region settings, as other users have not seen such an issue, however that is just a guess at this point.
I will try and look through possible causes, however if you are able to isolate which event or action triggers the crash, that would be very helpful in resolution.
Thanks,
Experts

Well its tricky - sometimes the Bot is crashing when loading (normally at loading user config)
And sometimes its working for few minutes and than its crashing.
I didn't had any problems since 2days ago.
It crashed with my old windows 7 - and even now with new installed Win7.
Is there any option to find the errorlogs from windows?
-
I've reinstalled Win7 again - somehow Netframework was broken i guess.
cheers
