Title: Error Connecting after update

im having issues logging into deepbot after the update i did on it its giving me the error. and error has occurred when trying to log in please ensure u have access to the beta and try again later?????? PLEASE HELP this error occured after i did the update for deepbot last night

Please can you confirm the bot name and stream name? Possibly a screenshot of your config tab?
Is there anything in the errorlog201409.txt file in the logs folder?

yea bot name is vaderbot_ and twitch name is HisandHerGaming

I am experiencing the same thing. After the update I haven't been able to connect.

yea really getting annoying lol streaming now and deepbot is still not working!! i just wont connect

As discussed over teamviewer, the issue was the Hotspot VPN protection which was blocking the responses from DeepBot servers.
Disabling that resolved the issue.

ExplicitLi : Please can you confirm if you have any programs/firewalls active? If so, could you try disabling those temporarily to confirm if they are the issue?

Sah : I can't see your login requests reaching the servers. Most likely, you have a firewall/Proxy/VPN/anti virus that is blocking access to DeepBot.
Please try disabling these one at a time to find the culprit software.

i removed my anti virus and turned off firewall still the same message, i have the error file " errorlog201409" if that helps
