Title: Showing Viewers, no chatters??

i dont know what to do, this makes no sense to me Its showing me my viewers but not any of my chatters, i cannot award any points or do any raffles because my bot is not reading chat???

I would say you have connected to a twitch chat server which may not have the user list operational. Simply try disconnecting and connecting on a different port to see if it resolves the issue.
