Title: Donation Alert not working.

Hi,

I've setup my donation alert and everything but whenever someone donates it doesn't register on the Deepbot dahsboard or popup.

Any help is much appreciated! :D

Please ensure people are donating using the donation page provided to you. If they use any other service, it will not work with DeepBot.
I just checked the server, and there are no donations that have been recorded for your stream from the page given. So there would be no notifications as well.

That is the right page - any payment made through there should register on DeepBot servers.

Not sure then. Its all linked for it and people have used the link to donate.. Any idea's?

So anyone have any idea why donations don't register on the Deepbot database?
People who donate are using the donation link that I was given from Deepbot too.

Can you open a support ticket with PayPal and ask them to check your account. More specifically, the "IPN" functionality is not working for your account.
They will be able to advise if payment notifications are blocked for your account for some reason.

Just contacted PayPal and they confirmed that payment notifications are not blocked. Not sure what's happening.

Is there any way the 'IPN' service problem can be sorted out?

I just tried sending 0.01 GBP to your account.  Unfortunately No IPN notifications were sent.

Can you please confirm your PayPal account status?
To Check your account status, Login to PayPal. Then go to your PayPal Profile and click My settings. Confirm that your “Account type” is either Premier or Business, If not, upgrade your account.

Can you check your IPN History in PayPal to confirm if any messages are sent:

If you do see items there, then click on any recent "Message ID" and send me the screenshot of the details screen that follows.

Please enable that, and add this as your notification URL : http://deep.sg/ipn.php?stream=ihayz

Then save and try if the notifications work again.
