Title: Any way to change output of 'lastdonor', sub, follower, etc?

Hey all,

I couldn't find any other posts referencing this - is there any way to modify the output of the last donor? I don't really like the default format of 'donorname (5)'

I would prefer something like Donorname - $5.00.

Any insight would be great :)
