Testing out the bot and cant get the game !bankheist 10 to work

Do you have Bank Heist enabled?

Yeah I had it enabled.

I worked out why it wasn't working. Was because when i was testing it, I didn't have the money to do the heist with.Once I had added the correct amount of money to me, it worked.

I have the same issue, nothing works with the bot except, timed messages, follower notifications, and just requesting to see how many points you have. NOTHING else works!

I'm running into this same issue. Anyone know of a common error that could cause this?

Yes, but I've gotten the problem resolved.

Turns out in the "Activation Command" area, the command must be in all lowercase (i.e. !bankheist not !BankHeist).

If the command is currently saved with uppercase lettering, you must hit the reset button, save, exit deepbot, restart deepbot, open the field and refill all the areas you want changed.
(you may not have to reset DeepBot, but I do this for "just in case" scenarios)

I have a slight variation of the same problem.  I had everything working Monday, then yesterday both the !credits (my name for loyalty points) and !bankheist commands stopped working.  All other commands work fine.  This was before the update so it just stopped working.

I went ahead and did the update, but still no luck. SO this morning I had a look-see in the debug tab and both commands return the following;

<10:52> <Server> Unknown command

I also see this repeating endlessly:

<10:53> <Server> This server is rather new
<10:53> <Server> Your host is tmi.twitch.tv
<10:53> <Server> Welcome, GLHF!

I have no idea who or what GLHF is???

So deepbot doesn't recognize the commands (seems to have forgotten them) and perhaps thinks I am GLHF instead of POGFM?  Any help is appreciated.

Your bankheist command works. Check your points name wasn't reset? Config>Bot Login>4th Box. The Bankheist command is !bankheist x (x=Points you wanna risk)

Also GLHF is Good luck, Have fun.
