Title: Points running but people saying points arent working?

Not exactly sure why, just bringing it up incase anyone else is having problem?

Try going into master settings and disable "Only allow points to be checked in bot chat".

I didnt have it checked in the first place! I do have only let people check who have been in for 5 mins though..

@Expertsonline sorry didnt notice your msg.

My users are saying that their points arent gaining points. So their checking over time and its only a couple of people. It could be on their side only, which I am saying it most likely is. BUT more then one person is saying it. I dont turn my PC off either so their points keep going!

So points not saving over time for a few users. Not all but some!

Well if you have it set to active chatters in the last 5 mins, then anyone who has not said anything in chat will not get points.
i.e. all lurkers not chatting will not get points
