Title: NEW FOLLOWERS WIN LIKE 8/10 TIMES

i giveaway a lot of stuff on my stream, and last 2 weeks everytime i do a keyword raffle. 8/10 of winners is always new followers from same day or yesterday :o

any1 got same problem?

i noticed one person won 3 times. for me i dont have a problem if a new follower wins. and it hasnt been consistent enough to say that's the issue at hand. However One "new" follower won 3 giveaways in a row. The rest of my viewers thought i was rigging it..... so Now i set rules where a follower can only win twice in a row.. but then that kind of defeats the purpose to stay in the stream if they've won twice.
