Title: Violated TOS on twitch. Made a new account! Deepbot not working

I recently violated terms of service twitch and they wont partner me. Im streaming a new account. I need help so I can use deepbot on my new account . Its says " this account has no access" any admins or staff can help me. thanks

Old Stream Account : ciilipz
Old bot name :CLipZPoints
New Stream :Imciilipz
New bot name :CiLipZPoints or is there anyway i can keep my old bot name.

And is there anyway to transfer all the users points to my new channel? Thanks
