i believe that vips and mods should have a greater chance to win minigames

Yes in !raffles too Please the Streamer can pick 2x chance or 10x chance for Subscriber too. And to Disable the Special Chance

The raffle system is based on fair odds. I would like to avoid adding weighted odds as it will promote more discussions around a biased and rigged system.

If you would like users to have a higher chance of winning, use the ticket raffle system and allow those users to earn more points.
