Hello! I have been using and loving my Deepbot while I have been using it, but I had to install a new OS and in the process wipe my HD's, when i try to use Deepbot  now I get this error,(attachment) abd is there way for me to get all my old info back?

You have access to the beta, and your most recent attempt to log in using the bot "preparedtv_bot" that was Nov. 23 at 7:39 UTC was successful.  Make sure you have no firewalls or VPN's that are blocking signals from deepbot.

I got it to work now, is there a way to get all my old info back?

If your old drives where wiped, unless your VIP, there is no way.
