Title: Raffle timer not running

ok i had the raffle timer running fine and now when i run a raffle the timer will not run in obs i have set up a text file in obs linked to DeepBotRaffleTimer using utf-8 or compatable in the Deepbotraffletimer text file in obs Dir it will not set the timer its blank or has a time of 00:00:00 and thats what shows in OBS when you perview or go live.
