Title: Follower Alert While Offline

So periodically I seem to get notifications of new followers while I am offline... Is this a bug or a feature I can toggle on/off? I'd prefer to not be notified while I am offline.

Deepbot will notify you of new followers when they follow.  It doesnt look at whether your online or offline.  You can disable deepbot from announcing new followers, but that will do it for when your online too.

Any idea if it is possible a future version could include a "smart tech" of recognizing when you are and aren't online in terms of such notifications? I'd rather not have to toggle it if I can avoid that. (It is currently not an issue/concern, but if I start getting bigger it is possible that could get bothersome.)
