Hi all,

I have a problem with the fact that for the second month I was charged twice.

Last 2 transaction: 71C11363M04309000, 6E612422AU226734P
Previous 2 transaction: 51P868207C9552205, 210356487B1356400

I have currently blocked all deepbot payments and would like a resolution. Currently, according to the withdrawn money, I should have subscribed to Deepbot until November 16th.

Can you please see where the error occurred and fix it?

Will you need anything from me?

Same here. I was charged twice  :-[

I'll deal with it in a different way if you can't.
If you don't solve this problem, you are robbing a lot of people and someone will certainly be interested.
