When I try to connect with deepbot with my bot account, it says that it does not work and to check if i am part of the beta. I donated the $10 and also applied and was accepted. I was wondering if this is like a just wait to start up thing or something different? Please respond as soon as possible because I love what I see this thing do with other streamers. Thanks for your time.

You have access to the servers. Make sure you are running DeepBot in Admin mode, and turn of any firewalls or VPN's that may be interfering with the signal to deepbot. Also make sure you are using the bot name "CheeseHatbo".

Number 1 how do you get into admin mode? The only tabs i can use are config, user database and music. None of those have an area to set it to admin mode. Number two, all the firewalls are off. It still has the same error message. It also says that the only server i can use is 80, not the other two numbers 6667 and 443. I dont know what else to do.

Admin mode is set when turning on deepbot by right clicking and pressing "run in admin mode". Also, try switching to the port 80, as the others could not be working for you.

I did as you said and the message still comes up that I must ensure that I have access to the beta and try again later. I never thought about this but does my stream need to be running while I start all of this. Cause if so i am an idiot.

No your stream doesn't need to be running. Can you confirm that you are using "CheeseHatbo" as the bot name?

I can't see any login requests from your account to the server. So it is likely that something on your computer is blocking the bot from connecting to the servers.

Well, I checked if I had a VPN and I don't have one so I didn't need to do anything there. I deleted McAfee from the computer and shut off my windows protection. Still does not work.

Well since this is not working could I get my $10 back?

I waited to try till now and it still does not work. At this point I think it is a lost cause because of all the things to make this work. Is there a way to get the $10 back since this does not work?

I was told by a fellow streamer crumtastic that you are supposed to have a gold star on top of the ap on the right of the words. I dont have that star. Does that matter? Also it didn't work.

Ok, I just went to a different comp in my house that is older and I dont use for streaming and it works. So what are all the things that could be causing deepbot not to be able to work on my streaming computer when I have nothing that is stopping it that i know of? I run it in admin mode and do everything that you guys have told me to do. I am running out of ideas.

I can try helping debug over teamviewer if you are interested. If not, I can also de-activate the licence and provide a refund on the entry fee.

sadly the refund may be best because I dont know anything else you guys or I can do to get the program to work. This has confused me to the point of frustration.

I have seen similar case on a few other people:
1) Security Certificates not working
2) Proxy server blocking access
3) Firewall/Adware blocking access
either way, its your choice.

Yeah I will take the refund. Thank you guys for trying to help me. I know its not your fault that for some reason it does not work.
