Title: Cannot connect to twitch

<9:15> <ERROR> Could not connect to: irc.twitch.tv:80 A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond ***.*.***.***:**
  this is the debug and now it connects but i can't see chat and bot does not respond to commands

Some of twitch's servers are having issues.  Please wait for the servers to come back up and try again.
