Title: Deepbot Sub Reactivation

I was just wondering if I need to do anything in addition to the sub fee to expedite my sub reactivation?  Thank you in advance for any help on this topic.

As soon as you Sub it will automatically Update your bot software. Just make sure your bot is synced with your Twitch and that you enter your Twitch when you sub.

Well then something is wrong because I reactivated my sub and I have not had it update when I log onto Deepbot.  Here are my transaction IDs for the payment.

I see the issue. You made two separate payments of $4 and $1. The system only picks up individual payments above $5.
I have fixed this manually, so simply reconnect the bot and it should refresh your VIP status now.
