Title: The @time@ not showing AM/PM or 24h format

So we set up a command to be !time, to show the viewers the time in GMT, which is where our bot is located. But its now tells its 03:05, thats it, well it should say PM as its PM now, if using that format, or it should say 15:05 if using the 24h format.

Couldnt find a setting for it, so I assume its an oversight in the code, aka bug :)

cant wait for us to use this feature, so hope to have it sorted :D

It does show AM/PM.

just did this in Dailylifegaming Stream and it didnt do am/pm or 24hr it was currently 1950hrs and all it said was current time is 0750

Mine does not show AM/PM either Might be localisation thing, not sure. i am located in sweden and my computer that runs deepbot is using 24/h clock (non US time)
