Title: Feature: Local MP3 Library with Song Request

I have a large mp3 library that I would like to be able to play through Deep Bot with the ability to allow users to request. 

I'm new to Deep Bot so if it's already there then I sure don't know how to do it.  All I can find is the ability to play youtube videos.
