Title: play sound on message option

Would it be possible to add a "Play Sound on Message" under "Play Sound on Highlight"? Also a browse button to to select the sound file. And a volume for both options. That way you could have the chat play a sound on every message. I find myself other streamers find this a great help during quiet streams (currently using "chatty").

I think it would be used a bit by a lot of streamers at different levels.
