Title: raffle custom command variables

i would love to see a few custom variables for raffle
like @raffletime@ @raffle@

raffletime would show current close time and raffle would show raffle item

Possible to get one like !reward amount "optinal group"
that would reward all viewers with amount but VIP groups would have user class point multilier applied to it?

So letts say its
1, 1.5, 2, 4
and when MOD level 2 do !reward 10 it would give normal user 10, bronze would get 15, silver would get 20 and gold would get 40
and if a group is defined it would give all viewers in that group that are online the points with multiplier
Simply put a add command that applies point multipliers from config page?
