Title: Stopping message spam

Hi guys,

I have searched but cannot find an answer. How do I set the time delay between spam messages from the bot for e.g.

Betting closing in xxx minutes. Repeats every 2 minutes of the count down.

Can anyone help at all ?

The reminder every 2 minutes is way too fast. Where do we adjust that?
 
 Betting closing in 189 minutes. Type !bets [bet amount] [option]. (e.g. !bets 100 2 for betting 100 Points on option 2)
 Betting closing in 187 minutes. Type !bets [bet amount] [option]. (e.g. !bets 100 2 for betting 100 Points on option 2)
 Betting closing in 185 minutes. Type !bets [bet amount] [option]. (e.g. !bets 100 2 for betting 100 Points on option 2)

You can currently not change the delay between bet announcements.

I like the word "currently" :)

Would be a nice update for the next one guys. Some custom adjustments for us.
