Title: [Bug Report] Custom Join Message

Hello,

In the database you can, as you know, edit users.
You can give them a custom join message. This is mostly different then most of the regular join messages.

The custom join message will update in database but will not be showed in that chat when someone is joining the chat!

Could this be fixxed?

You may have to restart the bot in admin mode to fix this. But usually it should take effect instantly if I recall correctly.

This isn't working on my end either. I've added a few and my chat hasn't seen their greetings. v0.6.1.0

This is a bug in the latest update and will be fixed in the next release.
