I was wondering if I could change my bots name. I applied for Scuttlebot but would like to apply with TeamRocketbot. (Just acquired it.)

My Streaming Name is TheScrubGamer

This is all assuming I qualified and was accepted for Deep Bot, if not I apologize and please ignore this.

Bot name updated.  For future reference, you can now change your bot name manually.  Please go to http://deepbot.tv/dev/donationaccess/ to change your bot name.  First log in, then go to your account.  There you will see a field that says "Botname:".  Just click on the bot name and enter in the new name.
