Be sure to include your stream name as well, even if you are keeping your current stream name.

You can change your bot name yourself.  Please go to http://deepbot.tv/dev/donationaccess/.  First log in, then go to your account.  There you will see a field that says "Botname:".  Just click on the bot name and enter in the new name. Once done, hit update for the changes to be applied.
