Title: Loyalty Points do not work for my viewers

Hello,

I am having serious trouble withloyalty points : I have enabled and set a curency, some people receive points but many receive nothing no matter what !

How can I fix this ?

My Chanel on Twitch is Saumon123
My Bot is SaumonBot

Make sure the top one is unchecked.
