Hello,
So I've been having this issue for a month now and since I want to get streaming again I really need deepbot. But every time I open it it says oops I crashed. In summary this is what it says.
"15 Feb 04:16:39,925 - 0.6.0.14: Crashed Could not load file or assembly 'CefSharp.dll' or one of its dependencies. is not a valid Win32 application. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800700C1)
15 Feb 04:16:40,416 - 0.6.0.14: Crashed at DeepBot.Main..ctor()
at DeepBot.Program.Main()"
I tried reinstalling it 5 times, on both c and my other drive and also installing the microsoft module thing and still can't get it to work.
-
Sent a PM, hopefully that works for you. Good luck. Let me know if it works or not.
-
Well I just placed those 2 files in the folder and still the exact same error.
-
Anything else I can do, I really need to get the bot working asap since my entire point system is in there?
-
It would seem you are using an older version, so could you try running the update.exe file in your DeepBot directory and try again?
-
Could be the case I'm using the one you guys sent me in September. The update thing is bugged. It gets stuck on unzipping the package and just stays there forever.
-
I tried again when you posted the message, it's still waiting on the unzipping package.
-
Sent you a pm of an updated download link, try that. But make sure to back up the following:
1 "All DeepBot user data is saved in the below files:
users.bin
usersconfig.bin
chanmsgconfig.bin
DeepBot.s3
Simply backup these files from your old computer and paste them after re-installing DeepBot.

Just tried reinstalling it at least 7 times, and also with our without the previous files. I also tried putting the .dll's as well. Pretty much any combination and it's still not working. The exact same error.
"16 Feb 19:38:17,803 - 0.6.1.0: Crashed Could not load file or assembly 'CefSharp.dll' or one of its dependencies. is not a valid Win32 application. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800700C1)
16 Feb 19:38:17,813 - 0.6.1.0: Crashed at DeepBot.Main..ctor()
at DeepBot.Program.Main()
Could the issue be that I have a 64bit version of windows or something along those lines?
-
No, shouldn't be, I have 64 bit Windows 7. Did you uninstall the bot, then do a fresh install? Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall
Then try running the update.exe as admin once done installing.
-
Just tried it. Update stuck forever on unzipping package and when I open deepbot as admin as well still the same error.
-
Anything else I can try I really need the program in 1-2 days, and it would suck if I can't use it since I transfered my moobot points to deepbot and don't feel like screwing over the people that took their time to get them.
-
There was an update today. Try opening the client and going to about tab and try to update there. Also do you have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0+ installed?
-
I believe I do, plus the porgram was working before. I'm going to make sure in a bit just got to finish something real quick. Also what do you mean open the about section, if I actually could open the program I wouldn't be posting this thread.
-
Just checked it says I have 4.5 installed. Also got some new info. Since the zipping thing was stuck I manually unzipped the version with the 7 in the end and I'm getting the error but it says this now.
"17 Feb 22:54:22,359 - 0.6.2.0: Crashed Could not load file or assembly 'CefSharp, Version=1.25.4.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=40c4b6fc221f4138' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
17 Feb 22:54:23,240 - 0.6.2.0: Crashed at DeepBot.Main..ctor()
at #v.#sS.#Xb()"
I tried copying the previous .dll files, didn't work.
-
Do you guys have a support ticket system or something like that because I really need to get this fixed and I'm always waiting for ages for a response?
-
Apologies - Please could you install teamviewer and PM me the info? I can then see what is wrong.
-
I have it but I don't know at which point to send it to you since we have to be online at the same time.
-
pm'ed you my skype so we can co-ordinate this better.
