Title: Idle users not showing up in chat/user list

Before today's update (0.6.2.3), idle users in the chat when the bot was started would appear in the user list in the chat tab and also in the user database when 'hide offline' is checked.  After doing the update, only the bot was showing until I said something.  This was after an hour+ of the bot being connected and previously the idle users would show after only a minute or two.

Because that is an active chatter box, meaning when someone types, they will appear in that box.

Actually I think what happened was a fluke.  I quit the bot and then restarted it, working fine now where it's showing everyone in the chat.  Also I have a theory on what it happened, will need to test it more though.
