im working on coming up with some more commands for the stream so if someone could help me figure these out that would be great

I have a command that allows VIP's to advertise there stream, i dont want this command getting abused every minute so is there a way to make the cool down for it higher than 1 minute?

is there a way that i can allow mods to check the join date of another user? i know the command is @joindate@ but how do i allow them to check somebody elses? and the same question but with points

Mods can check the points and VIP status of other users using !check username

Apart from that, currently there is no way to check the other details for another user.
