Title: Points got rolled back to a very long while ago.

Hello,

A week ago the top points in my channel was  12kish, now they've gone down to 4k.

Is there any way to restore a backup?

"Backups exist in the following folders within the DeepBot installation directory:
30min interval backups: backups/0/
6hr interval backups: backups/1/
24hr interval backups: backups/2/

To restore a backup:
Close DeepBot
Find the users.bin file with the appropriate timestamp that you want to restore from the backups\ folder and copy it
Paste the file in the main folder (where the original users.bin was)
Rename the backup file to users.bin (removing the timestamp)
Start DeepBot

For some reason all the backups are 2 months old.

Does Deepbot have any type of cloud backups?

Yes, you can contact ExpertsOnline about getting a cloud backup.
