I clicked on a user and I wanted to reset his points
so I clicked "reset user data" and it erased all the points from EVERYBODY how do I get the back up ? :(

There is a backup folder in DeepBot.

"Backups exist in the following folders within the DeepBot installation directory:
30min interval backups: backups/0/
6hr interval backups: backups/1/
24hr interval backups: backups/2/

To restore a backup:
Close DeepBot
Find the users.bin file with the appropriate timestamp that you want to restore from the backups\ folder and copy it
Paste the file in the main folder (where the original users.bin was)
Rename the backup file to users.bin (removing the timestamp)
Start DeepBot
