Title: Donation Notification don't work since two Days

Hello Guys,

the Donation Notification don't work since two Days. I receive the Donation in my Paypal Account from the Deepbot Donation Page, but the Deepbot doesn't react to it. So the Viewer receive no Points and aren't named as Last Donor.... I have the Premium Features until 25. March.

Maybe someone can help. THX !

There is a bug with the donation system currently where certain utf-8 characters are not supported. Experts is looking into it.

is this fixed already? .. Cuz i got today donation during the stream.. and the notification did not work. Neither i got any money to paypal.

There is an issue with utf-8 character encoding done by PayPal and the notifications showing up in DeepBot. We are working with some impacted streams to figure out a solution.

Do note, DeepBot is just a notification service. All money goes straight to the paypal email you have configured in the donation services. We do not handle or touch the money going into your account.
