Title: Loyalty Points

Is there anyway to only recognize people viewing the stream and not just sitting in chat trying to get points?  A lot of times I have double the number of chatters compared to viewers because they paused the video and are just sitting in chat to get points.

You can actually enable an active timer that will only give points to active chatters. Go to Config Tab>Gear (Upper Right Corner)>I believe like 4th or 5th option. Should say something like: Give points to active chatters within x mins. So they have to type something in chat with in that time in order to get points for the next 30 mins.
