Title: Donations not working

So someone donated to me and I got the money but the text file didn't update and I never got a notification in chat or anything that thus user donated

Make sure you are using the correct URL in the OBS CLR browser properties. If using default notification, use this one: http://deepbot.tv/notifications/donationnotification.htm If using custom image, then this one: http://deepbot.tv/notifications/donationnotification2.htm
Make sure under Config Tab, Donation Notifications, Enable On-Screen Notification is checked, as well as OBS CLR Browser.

Hmm I posted a reply here earlier today and its gone now, as I said though. If I hit the preview button it works fine and shows it on my stream, Also the text file didn't update but I did receive the donation.

Is the donation, in your notifciations tab?

The donations is setup correctly and if it was even working properly the text file would have updated also.. It's not working properly..

I am so confused right now, I get the donation pop up when I hit the preview, The text file is not updating and nothing came up.

The preview does not update your .txt file.

Obviously that would not update the text file I got a donation the other night and it never updated anything in the text files that had to do with donations.

So this is what I want you to do:

First back up these four files below.

All DeepBot user data is saved in the below files:
users.bin
usersconfig.bin
chanmsgconfig.bin
DeepBot.s3

Uninstall deepbot once you backup those files. Re-install deepbot and place those 4 files back in and try again. This may fix your problem, let me know.
